India paid for the first time homage to the soldiers who participated or died during the 1962 India-China war.
The Defense Minister took advantage of this Commemoration to declare that India's armed forces strengthened their capabilities and were in a position to protect efficiently the border from any threat.
Should we consider this statement as a warning aimed at China?
