Everybody talks about the need of further integration in the EU.
However the understanding of this term is different depending on whether you live in Europe, south or north.
A critical step will be made when the Member States agree to submit their draft budgetary plans to the European Commission at the risk to be obliged to modify it in case a plan would breach the EU fiscal rules.
